Legal Complaints & Appeals

If you feel I have failed to handle your data correctly, or if an informational request was denied, you have the right to lodge a formal complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

• Lodge a complaint online via the official Information Regulator eServices Portal.
• Download the paper-based Form 5: Official PAIA Complaint Form and submit it to PAIAComplaints@infoRegulator.org.za.
